        Pro-Tip for Older Sinks: If your old stopper doesn't twist or pull right out, don't worry! Some sinks use a small 'pivot rod' that holds it from underneath.

        As shown above, just unscrew the nut behind the drain pipe, pull the rod away, & your old stopper will pop right out. Our stopper doesn't require that rod, so you can just screw the nut back in & you're done!"

        Will this fit my specific sink drain?

        This is designed to fit 99% of standard US bathroom sinks with a drain hole diameter between 1.02" and 1.96". We recommend a quick measurement of your drain opening before purchase to ensure a perfect, leak-proof seal.

        Also, we include 4 different rubber seal options of various sizes, as shows below, so that you can use the one that fits your sink best.

        What is it made of? Will it rust over time?

        Our stoppers are crafted from heavy-duty stainless steel & feature a thickened brass core. These premium materials are naturally rust-proof and corrosion-resistant, designed to look great for years even with daily exposure to water.

        How do I use the stopper to fill the sink?

        Simply press down on the center of the stopper to 'click' it into a dowards position. This will create a watertight seal & allow you to fill the sink.

        When you're ready for it to drain again, simply press down on the center of the stopper the same way & it will 'pop' back to its upwards position.

        How do I clear debris out of the basket?

        Cleaning is effortless!

        1. Lift the entire device out of the drain by the top cap
        2. Twist & remove the lower basket & bottom cap
        3. Wipe away any trapped debris, reassemble, & drop it back in.

        No tools or plumbing knowledge required!

        Does the strainer reduce the water flow?

        No, it is engineered with high-flow perforated slots that allows water to drain rapidly while still capturing hair, rings, & other small debris that can cause clogs.

        How do I remove my old drain plug?

        Most plugs will either pull straight out, or require a twist & pull.

        However, some older sinks have a horizontal pivot rod underneath the sink that holds the stopper in place. To remove it, simply unscrew the retaining nut on the back of the drain pipe, pull the rod out slightly, then lift the old stopper out. Our new stoppers have a simple "drop-in" design, so you won't need that rod anymore!

        This process is shown in the video above for your reference.

        Why is my sink draining slowly?

        Slow drainage is almost always caused by the filter basket having too much debris caught in it.

        Simply remove the device from the drain, twist & remove the filter to access & clear any debris.

        This stopper is able to be used with or without the filtet basket. If you prefer, you can use it without the filter to achieve a stronger drainage flow without filtration.

        Also, try removing the stopper completely & running water. If it drains slowly without a stopper then there could be a clog further down the pipe.
